Per 2-scoop serving: about 19 g of protein from rice protein and flaxseed, L-glutamine (2.5 g), MCTs, vitamin D3 (2,000 IU), quercetin, turmeric, ginger, green tea, rosemary, Chinese skullcap, propolis and larch arabinogalactan.
How to use
Mix 2 scoops with 8 to 10 oz of water, milk alternative or your favorite beverage once daily, or as recommended by your health care professional. About 14 servings per tub.
