What’s inside
BiomeFuel™ fiber blend (resistant tapioca dextrin, resistant potato starch, oat beta-glucan, allulose), a muscle support blend of essential amino acids with magnesium glycerophosphate, and a glycemic blend of prickly pear, nopal cactus, mulberry leaf and acacia/carob fiber. Just 20 calories per stick, sweetened with allulose and stevia.
How to use
Mix 1 stick with 2 to 4 oz of water and drink before meals, or as recommended by your health care professional. Use liquids below 140°F. 30 stick packs.
