Beth Donaldson is a Board Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, aesthetic and wellness entrepreneur, nationally recognized business leader, and Founder + CEO of skinBe Med Spa. With more than 23 years of experience spanning wellness, medical aesthetics, anti-aging and client transformation, Beth has built her career around one core belief: feeling your best requires looking beyond the surface.

She founded skinBe in 2017 and developed it into an award-winning brand known for combining the art of aesthetics and the science of wellness. Beth was named the #1 Inspiring Woman in Leadership to Watch Out For by CIO Women Magazine, founded functional by Be™, and hosts the Hustle + Heart Podcast.

Maria is a Registered Nurse who loves aesthetics, wellness, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. She brings experience in the aesthetics industry and a background in bedside nursing, which gives her both the compassion and the clinical expertise that clients count on at skinBe Med Spa.

Maria believes in enhancing natural beauty, never masking it. She takes time to explain each step of every treatment so clients understand their options and feel empowered to look and feel their best. She’s excited to keep growing in aesthetics and helping clients find confidence from the inside out.

When she’s not at skinBe, Maria is spending time with family and friends, planning her upcoming wedding, or outside with her Aussie, Nala.

That’s when he found skinBe! He fell in love with the combination of medical aesthetics and functional wellness and the opportunity to help people look and feel their best from the inside out.

As Director of First Impressions, Michael loves connecting with clients, learning about their goals, and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey. He enjoys being part of a team that encourages people to invest in themselves and make their health and wellness a priority.

Outside of skinBe, Michael enjoys spending time with his husband and their two dogs, planning their next vacation, and making memories with family and friends. He loves exploring new places and finding time to recharge. He believes self-care should be something you enjoy, not just another thing on your to-do list, and is grateful to be part of a team that helps clients feel confident, cared for, and their very best!
