We are a medical spa focusing on beauty is more than skin deep with our anti-aging and wellness treatments including body contouring and sexual wellness solutions, located in Chesterfield, MO. Our goal is to help our clients achieve the results they want with safe and cutting edge treatments. The ideal candidate for this position will:
Dedicated to managing a high-volume, luxurious medical spa with a love for aesthetics, wellness and people.
Plays a major role in ensuring the effective + efficient flow of the clinic; management of staff in order to provide the best client service, experience and results for our clients. Management of day-to-day duties including staff schedules and performance, client concerns, daily tasks, payroll and financials. He or she must always be proactive in all aspects of the job. Professional, organized, punctual, compassionate, friendly, team-player, flexible, with an excellent attention to detail.
Job Summary:
The Clinic Director is at the core of not only ensuring the success and smooth running of the clinic but in maintaining the high-quality, exceptional WOW experience.
- Position Requirements:
- Ability to manage a busy, medical spa.
- Role model and educator to help staff excel in personal and professional growth.
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Goal oriented with ambition to excel in meeting financial goals of the clinic.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent client service skills.
- Must possess excellent computer skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality with compassion and passion for the industry.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Must be a team player and an outstanding coach.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-touch, high-volume client service role.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably in the medical spa space.
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language in communicating both verbally and non-verbally.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and the general public.
- Confidentiality and discretion must be exemplary.
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds. Employee will perform most tasks in the open reception area environment and office. The noise level in the environment is moderate.
